DIVORCE
A positive review in Judith's Divorce Blog.

The book recognises that divorce can be an emotional and terrifying process during which important financial issues are resolved often at a time when one is least able to make rational decisions. It’s a short book in which the author gives women keys to help them at this difficult point in their lives.  To read the entire review, click HERE.

I have known Meredith for over twenty years and can assure you everything she talks about in 10 Keys: A Women’s Guide for Navigating a Successful Financial Divorce she puts into daily practice.  Her theme of "Empowering YOU to Soar Above YOUR Life-Changing Events" has helped me personally achieve more than I could ever hope for or expect.  If you follow her advice you too can "Soar Above" the crowd and discover that "All Things Are Possible" to them that believe and who are willing to step out of their comfort zone.

10 Keys: A Woman’s Guide for Navigating a Successful Financial Divorce
is a valuable resource for accountants to give to their clients that are going through a divorce. It is a comprehensive checklist of the things that need to be considered before the ink is put to paper in a divorce. It brings up a lot of important items that need to be discussed with several different professionals, but also gives the person going through the divorce "A LIST" of things to make sure they discuss with their accountant so that they don't add to their stress and lie awake at night wondering if there was some issue that they forgot to consider.

I just love your Dare to Prosper Blog series! I just read the whole thing then ran and brought my journal over to the computer to write down some of the questions. I got a lot out of it--it is a blessing! Just a few things that stuck out were--the little girl and her 7 wonders of the world,Rome was not built in a day, The hiking poles story just had me laughing-love it, step 6 reminded me a lot of some of Jim Rohns stuff, expect it to happen, the magic!

We have been very happy with the service we have received from Hinsdale Associates. They have always been there to answer any and all questions and we feel confident in trusting them with our finances. The people there are men and women of integrity and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In this day and age, you can't say that about everyone.

We have had the privilege of knowing Meredith for over twenty years and can say with sincere honesty that she is a lady of absolute integrity and posses a peerless passion for the love and helps of all with whom she comes in contact. As a result of Meredith’s constant and unceasing encouragement, she has had a profound effect on the enormous success we have had in the financial services industry. That encouragement, not only lead to my financial success but, it also planted the seed that blossomed into a wonderful marriage and a life that became blessed beyond our wildest dreams. Meredith has indeed been that friend and confidant “that sticks closer than a brother” and we have been and will always be grateful to her.

After looking at the website for "Crossing Your Bridge", I scheduled Meredith Bromfield to come and give her speech on "God, money and You". Her thought-provoking statements made us re-evaluate how we think about money, riches, and God's place in all of that.

Some of the women who had just attended the meeting, "out of duty" to the group, confided in me afterwards that, "this talk was exactly what I needed to hear, right at this time!"

Meredith has the ability to show by personal example how we can change our lives for the better. With humor and empathy, she brought people out of their comfort zones to be able to open up to new ideas.

This speech went over so well that we are inviting her back to give her speech on "Finding Your Passion".

AGING
Praise for Create A Legacy: Guide to Making a Life Matter...
Create A Legacy is a gift to every reader and the family that loves them. In a sensitive and caring way, Meredith captures the key issues that confront a family in grief and offers a wealth of advice to prepare for one’s passing.

How easy it is to forget. The memory joggers Meredith provides are a wonderful way to remember our own past as well as to share it with future generations. Having recently lost a beloved parent, I wish Meredith’s book had been previously available so that many of my parent’s experiences would have been shared, not lost forever.

EMPOWERMENT
Life-Changing Choices provides practical advice from deeply personal examples. Ms. Bromfield has openly laid out her weakness, providing a foundation for others to build their strength. This shows great courage, and a sincere desire to help others on their self-improvement journey. A very valuable read!

I have known Meredith for over twenty years and I can assure you that she practices every Godly principal espoused in Life-changing Choices - Hidden Secret Steps to Freedom book. She does not merely speak to the many problems of life that will certainly come to every man and women, but it comes from lifelong learning experienced through pain, trials, frustration and achievement. Life-changing Choices - Hidden Secret Steps to Freedom has as its foundation the importance of forgiveness and the reader will be left with the knowledge that it is without question an act of your will and not that of a feeling. Forgiveness you will discover is not for the benefit of the offender but to move the offended to wholeness of mind, body and spirit. Meredith addresses, what in my opinion, are the three most important and relevant areas in life, finances, health and spirit. If the principals in this book are put into place and practiced, the reader will most certainly obtain fulfillment and “blessing beyond their wildest dreams” in each of these areas. I say this with all certainty because as a result of Meredith’s constant and unceasing encouragement, she has had a profound effect on the enormous success I have had in the financial services industry. That encouragement, not only lead to my financial success but, it also planted the seed that blossomed into a wonderful marriage and a life that became blessed beyond my wildest dreams.

I think Meredith's Life-Changing Choices book is timely, readable and interesting overall. What she has written is pretty powerful. Meredith also seems to live by what she writes. I have a strong faith but am not so sure of my personal relationship with God. Meredith seems so sure. I've become jaded by phonies like Ruth and some other people I've met who use their religion but in truth are bullies. I would say that Meredith "walks the walk" and her kindness and joy reflect her inner goodness.

One thing we are pretty much guaranteed in life is that there will be rain. In my own life, there have been some periods that have been a lot rougher then others. One area that I have struggled with the most is my role as a mother to my daughter and her issues. She has always been one of those children who has had extra challenges in her life. Raising her has never been an easy task, and as she has grown into adulthood, the issues seem to grow bigger. I've come to see over the years that it's at these times
I have grown the most, but during the difficult periods it can feel very bleak and even hopeless at times. For me, when I run into situations that seem for the most part, out of my control, fear is crouching right around the corner and my desire to control kicks in even harder. Then starts the cycle of worry and the urgency to fix and control the situation with the feeling of fear looming large in the background. As I try to take more control and see no results, the problem just seems to grow larger and larger and the worry consumes me more and more.

One day, I was sharing my concerns with Meredith and she said some things that really opened up my eyes and helped me in a very big way. First, she helped me see the denial that I was in and she helped me to see how I was trying to control a situation that was not mine to control, especially now that my daughter is an adult. She helped me to see that allowing fear and worry into my life did absolutely no good but actually did more harm to the situation. Yes, life still throws its curves (and always will), but I see now that I don't have to live in fear and worry. When I find myself falling into that pit, I remind myself of the truth and I also know that I can find love and support to help me work through it. None of us have to do it alone.
